Sentio Health has gathered a team of experienced and highly qualified counsellors to support the best outcomes for our clients. All our practitioners are accredited by the peak bodies for their discipline areas. Sessions are delivered via telehealth platforms, such as Zoom and Skype.

Fiona Lewi
Psychologist

Fiona has been a psychologist for 15 years helping individual clients with a range of issues. She is experienced with addictions (alcohol, benzodiazepines, other drugs), anxiety, chronic diseases, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, smoking cessation and stress management. She utilises ACT, CBT and clinical hypnosis to assist her clients to achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.

Sermin Baycan 
Counsellor

Sermin is a qualified and accredited Mental Health Social worker with over 30 years’ experience as a practitioner and educator. Working with children, adolescence and adults, she prides herself on her on excellent communication skills and a breadth of experience in assessing and treating individuals with issues relating to: depression, anxiety, personality disorders, suicide prevention, workplace counselling, weight loss, life crises, adjustment, trauma, family conflict, and loss and grief.

Julie Kendall 
Counsellor

Julie is a highly experienced and qualified, accredited Mental Health Social Worker, with 30 years of experience in clinical practice. She is a clinician, who values her client’s individual experiences and strengths. She specialises in working with individuals who have anxiety and depression, trauma and PDST. She also has expertise in the areas of family dynamics, personal and workplace relationships, addictive and dependent behaviors and self-esteem and confidence. She is a passionate therapist who has experience working with her clients to help them find ways to heal and move towards the life that they want. 

Kaye Bell 
Counsellor

Kaye is a qualified social worker with additional qualifications in family studies and counselling. She is a compassionate counsellor with over twenty years of varied work experience. Kaye is passionate about working with rural and regional clients and understands their unique challenges. She enjoys working with individuals and families on a wide range of issues including parenting, grief and life stage challenges. Kaye has specific skills in working with all parties impacted by adoption and out of home (foster) care. Kaye works across various counselling frameworks including cognitive, interpersonal, psychodynamic, developmental and person-centred models. Kaye’s sensitive and down to earth approach is real and relatable.

Judith Nagy 
Counsellor

Judith is a qualified and experienced mental health practitioner, with a demonstrated history of working in the professional counselling industry. She is skilled in psychology, counselling, hypnotherapy, kinesiology, coaching and supervision. She specialises in PTSD and anxiety disorders, with a special interest in relationship and family issues, acute and chronic health conditions, grief and loss, self-esteem and performance issues

Stephen Belesky
Counsellor

Stephen completed a degree in Human Services Counselling and has been practising since 2008. He is a member and registered supervisor of the Australian Counselling Association. He enjoys helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by working on strategies to cope with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety and stress.

Leora Sifris
Dietitian

Leora is an accredited practicing dietitian with extensive experience in private practice, working with clients to improve their physical and mental health through diet and nutrition. She is positive, empathetic and understands that change can be challenging. She promotes mindfulness and encourages her clients to practice intuitive and mindful eating. Leora advocates for the provision of mental health services and promotes the important role that access to appropriate mental health care plays. In particular, she shines a light on emerging evidence that a healthy way of eating is associated with improved stress management, sleep and better mental wellbeing.

Sandra Bradford 
Counsellor

Sandra’s qualifications and accreditation, in counselling are bolstered by a Masters in Applied Social Sciences. During her 18 years in practice, she has built a broad range of specialities, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, phobias, domestic violence, trauma, early childhood sexual abuse, couple therapy, work-place bullying, low self-esteem, drug and alcohol, life changes and parenting. She has also worked extensively with indigenous Australians, refugees and asylum seekers. Her approach is holistic and focused on empowering people to reach their full potential.
